If today was any indication that many of you are needing special attention to your cheese board, it will be a lot of fun tomorrow (Saturday). The season for properly attended cheeses is upon us. New selections have started rolling in, and it is time for you to find your palate again, for the first time. In addition to all this fun stuff, the news is now released (via e-mail) that we will be starting to host Cheese Socials periodically. The first event is scheduled for October 18th, at the Market Kitchen (in the St. Lawrence Market) from 5pm-6pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to taste some of our shops offerings in a more relaxed and un-rushed environment. It is also your chance to meet with like-minded cheese enthusiasts in a fun setting. Tickets, for $20, are limited and are sold through the shop. You may call us to order tickets with your payment method, and we will hold it for you. As always, with another long weekend of festivities, please have a wonderful weekend, and a safe holiday. And eat lots of cheese!
