If you are doing the full marathon, the next few weeks are going to be great! Lots of miles! Were planning a one way super long Silver Comet run on a Sunday morning for either 22 or 24 miles so lookout for that big event. Tomorrow the full runners will complete a 18.25 mile single loop for 19 or 20 miles depending on pace. We NEED an aid cooler set at Braelinn Baseball Complex behind Oak Grove Elementary. If you feel real generous, we could use another cooler at Braelinn Road and Hampton Green. If you are in for the long loop (see photo attached), get your mind right and be ready to work! Long loop starts at 4:50 AM. Thats right, be there by 4:45 AM so we dont leave you. We should be back at Drake by 8:15ish. 10K loop at 6:30 needs a leader! Whos willing to step up and do it? Lets get after it!
