If you are tempted to ask me why Ray Rices wife stayed, married him, etc.... Please read this first. If you still need my answer you will have to wait a few minutes for me to refrain from exploding. And because this is so powerful let me add.... #whyistayed. Because he was a special forces soldier who broke into my house through a third story attic fan to leave me flowers! My own government had trained him to kill people much bigger and scarier than me. And for the record I did leave dozens of times and then he threatened every single person I loved. Think it was an empty threat? He mailed me a picture of himself outside my grandparents house. A week later he walked right into my parents house with my father downstairs and woke me up in my bedroom. Two weeks later he raped and almost killed me. But see heres the thing so many people dont get. As bad as he could make me feel he could make me feel that special too. That is what unhealthy obsession does to a person ( on both sides). Please STOP asking why she stayed. Ask why it matters so much to you. Shouldnt it matter more what he did than what she did? Because she made the mistake of forgiveness a woman deserves to be hurt?
