If you ask me to book you on my show, at least have the courtesy to stay for the duration of the show. If you have something that comes up, or have to work the next day, tell me or someone...even if its made up. I dont give a shit. Its none of my business. I have comics coming from hundreds of miles away, and THEY stay for the whole show. Leaving RIGHT after your set is rude, makes you look unprofessional, and it insults the people who pay to come see you. Good luck on your open-mics and Tweetups (is there a difference?)
