If you ever get a message from someone saying they are from this page & inviting you to join a group, please know that this is not me. This is someone probably trying to get you to buy crap. I do run a private weight loss support group on Facebook (its just support, no strings attached) but I dont try to get people to join by messaging them & I certainly wouldnt try to sell you anything so underhandedly. I just hate thinking that people are trying to take advantage of any of my readers in my name. Good night yall ❤️
