If you receive bad service, are overcharged or just not happy with a company, how do you decide to let it go, complain or take it to the extreme? What is your guideline and when is it just no longer worth your time to continue to push the issue? Would you ever post a negative review on Yelp or other similar sites? At what point do people go from just voicing a complaint to being over the top?
