If you shoot a gun into a crowd and kill people or drive a car drunk into a crowd and kill people, should there be a difference in the charges? Should both cases be murder charges? I am so sick of drunk drivers getting a slap on the wrist for DUIs even when it ends in them killing someone, they often get a few years then are free. If you drink and drive, instead of putting everyone elses lives in danger, just do everyone a favor and drive off a bridge.
