If you take away my right to vote, you take away my liberty. By - TopicsExpress

If you take away my right to vote, you take away my liberty. By taking my right to vote you can no longer call yourself a democracy. Why should I continue to pledge allegiance to the flag which close with liberty and justice for all. If I can’t vote you take away my voice, if I don’t have a voice, I have no rights. I voted for Obama over Romney which was an easy vote to cast. But because I voted in large numbers which surprised you, you have decided to deny me a chance to do it again. I was asked if I voted for Obama because he’s Black, my answer was no. I would not vote for Herman Cain, nor would I vote for Allen West and I wish I could kick Clarence Thomas off the Supreme Court. There’s a Black man running for Lt Governor in Virginia whom would also not get my vote. Black people have had to fight for the right to vote for the last 150 years. Denying this basic right of citizenship must stop, or this country is no longer the land of the free.
