If your Thursday has started off bad, then take a moment to consider and pray for our Mission Focus for this week: Tuvalu. This will help you in two ways. First of all, this countrys prayer request is that rising seas dont wipe Tuvalu off the map. That should make you appreciate your homes security. Second, just say the countrys name. Tuvalu. Doesnt that make you smile? If not, heres the capitals name: Funafuti. Just keep saying these names until you feel better. Prayer Points: • Pray for preservation of Tuvaluan culture as the nations existence is challenged by rising seas. • Pray for quality education for youth who have few career options outside of an unstable fishing industry. • Pray for God to use these times of environmental and economic uncertainty to draw Christians into stronger relationships with Him.
