If youre going through hell, keep going. That is a wicked quote, but Im also gonna add - dont do it alone, youre never alone and if you ever feel alone and need someone to talk to, talk to a stranger - people are better than you think. I am very fortunate to be surrounded by some amazing people, who are helping me overcome some real issues. Some have been there all along and I just never knew it and some have only been there a short while, but they are there. Talk, let people in and let people surprise you. I know for sure that without support this year I probably would have crashed out of this one. For some people that burden might become too great and they have to leave for a while, but thats ok, because even though they are leaving they still care, they just need a rest - in these moments other people will pick up the slack. I had the most amazing and supportive girlfriend who I put everything on; she has had to leave because things got too much, but that is ok. I am finding the positives in everyday and the only way is up for me. A good friend described it like being trapped in a well, some people will be at the top waiting for you to climb out, they will shout encouragement and be there when you get out, these people matter. There are others though, who will climb down to find you and help pull you out, and these people are the most amazing people. Sometimes when you are really stuck, it takes several attempts at a rescue, the people who have climbed down might have to change and become the people waiting at the top if things become too much, but they will always be there. Thank you to everyone who has climbed down into the well for me, Im free of the mud now and have begun my climb. See you all at the top.
