Im a pretty straightforward person so dont take this the wrong way. But as my due date approaches, I feel like I need to make some things known. We do not want any hospital visitors. When we have the baby, you guys will know. But please please please let us get home and situated first. We will accept visitors, I promise, just not right away. Give us some time to bond as our own nuclear family. You WILL need to wash your hands before touching the baby. I also have to ask because of cold/flu season that you dont touch the babys face. If you smoke or wear perfume, youll have to change in to a plain white t-shirt (that we will have) before holding him (dont want a newborn smelling like cigarettes or heavy scent). If you show up without calling or asking first, and we are in the middle of something or it is not a good time, you will be asked to leave. Its common courtesy. These rules are non-negotiable. I just wanna put it out there that I AM due on Thanksgiving. So during that time I will either be HUGELY pregnant or will have a newborn. Since it will be cold/flu season, we wont be traveling anywhere for the holidays, including Christmas. Too risky. However, if anyone wants to stop by briefly or something, maybe the day afterward or that evening, please give us a call or message us about it. Thaaaaaaank youuuuuuuuuu.
