There will be enough for 3-4 orders so please place yours early! 32 oz $11 Parsnip Soup - Pureed parsnips, leeks, celery and vegetable stock make a fabulously aromatic and creamy soup with no cream! 32oz $11 Butternut Squash and Apple Soup - Creamy butternut squash and sweet apples pureed with apple cider. Truly a fall time treat made with all local ingredients! 32 oz $12 Watermelon Radishes with Parsnip Hummus - Thin slices of delicious watermelon radish with creamy hummus made with parsnips. If you have not tried watermelon radishes you are in for a treat! $10 Roasted Butternut Squash Salad - Roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries and baby lettuces with a Cider Vinaigrette.
