What if the key to unlocking the neural code between the brain to the furthest individual nerve could be accomplished by comparing the electrical impulses at the end-points of random people world wide? It could be as simple as a subsurface audio recording of the elbow contracting (full extension) of 100 random people and finding the differences, then reapplying them at normal speed to another 100 random people not part of group one. If its the signal, the elbow should move the same for everyone.
