Raised the issue of more cuts to home care and community services in the Seanad. This Government continues to sink to new lows. They now intend to means test and charge for home care packages and other community-based services for older people and people with disabilities. Charging vulnerable people for vital health services is counter-productive and just plain wrong. I am sick and tired of these cruel cuts.
