Im about to hit the sack, but before I do, I want to share something. God has placed certain people in my life for a season. There are people God will give you a heart for. There are people who God will entrust you to keep in prayer. You may not spend lots of time with those people. You may not even be relatively close to those people, but those people God has placed in your life have a spiritual connection to your heart. There are a few folks God has placed on my heart to continually be in prayer for. A couple know who they are and others have no clue. I say that to say this, if God places someone in your life, He may not be placing them in your life to be buddy buddy with you. He may just be placing them in your life for you to provide spiritual support for them. God has had to show that to me and make me understand it. I have no doubts theres someone else reading this who needs to hear this. When God puts someone on your heart, dont become disheartened if they dont just become your best friend. Just keep them in prayer. Encourage them! Hold them up! Think of it this way...when you walk into a beautiful house, do you ever look around the house and knock on the walls searching for that load bearing beam? Of course not! I have NEVER once walked into a house and bragged on how beautiful that load bearing beam was. But without it, the house would collapse! The main function of that beam isnt to be pretty. In fact, 99% of the time, its hidden behind some form of wall, plaster or sheet rock. The main function of that beam is to hold the weight of the house, to keep the house standing, support! SUPPORT! We, as Christians need support from each other and at times, we need load bearing support because you NEVER know when that person may be getting weak or tired. YOU could be the support beam holding them up and you may not even know it. Listen to Gods voice and obey. No matter how unnoticed you go, OBEY! Because, I promise you this, somewhere, theres someone bearing YOUR load. Good night folks! God bless!
