Im an old fashion coach. I believe in hard work. I dont believe in hand outs. I believe in constructive criticism. I believe there is no I in team. I care about my players, on and off the court. I believe in telling it like it is and guiding players to improve. I believe in mental toughness. I believe in discipline, consequences, and consistency. I believe in giving my all and never giving up. I believe in my players and my team. I believe in my program. I believe in defense!! I dont believe in trying to please those that dont believe in hard work, consequences, discipline, and defense. I dont believe in conforming to those that dont believe in me!
