Im asked all the time, How does it feel to be a dominant female musician? Are you comfortable? Does it get hard? Do you enjoy it? I LOVE MUSIC AND WHAT I DO BUT.... Its NOT easy. Overlooked a lot. Dont always fit in. People automatically have/give their assumptions and perception of me because they either dont know me or understand me. I cry when Im angry/mad because sometimes I feel helpless as a musician or even worst.... a LEADER... BUT when I earned my title and respect, all the pain and hard work behind it is worth it.
