Im beginning to think my house is a magnet for the unexpected. I was sitting on my porch & out of no where this guy walks up, mind you hes walking extremely fast. He was talking & I couldnt make out what he was saying, his speech was impaired. So I stood up to let him know I saw him, he was coming closer...I began to walk towards him. Onyx was around the back playing with the dog, so I knew she was good. Once I came face to face with the young man...he signed to me he was deaf, who he was, & he needed help, because his car broke down. He stated he use to date the young lady who baby sits Onyx. I signed back to him that I didnt know him, but I would help him get home this time & to be cautious of whose yard he boldly walks in as he did. I called his mom & my sitter...he was telling the truth. As I sit & think, Im grateful he didnt walk into the wrong yard & that Onyx & the dog stayed in the back.
