Im beyond excited to have been selected to officiate Roller Derby Mexicos Northern Region Playoffs in Ensenada at the end of August. In spring of 2013 I made a trip to Mexico City to run a referee clinic and I have to say that trip was one of my *BEST* derby trips ever. It completely revitalized my love for the sport to see the passion and focus that those players and officials brought to the game, the supportive relationships between mens and womens teams and the overall warmth and awesomeness of everyone I met. I cant wait to go back!
