Im chemically prone to depression. Family history of depression and suicides. I fight it every day with these two simple strategies: 1) Ingest the best mind food I can find! When the brain is stimulated by thought and motivated by hopes and dreams, it becomes a machine propelling you forward in positive motion. 2.) I avoid anything and anyone negative. No news, No whiners, No Victims etc. - My monthly bills are on auto pay so I dont have to see them. You see?? We dont have a choice about how we were born, but we have choices on how we live, who we are, and who we become.
