Im curious, what does the costume dress code mean by a full coverage top for women? Does that mean that Yoko from Guerren Laggen is too risqué? I know it specifically mentions Kill La Kill as too little clothing, but there werent any other specific examples. Also, where does the policy stand on crossplay? For example, if I were to do a side-binding technique and wear a jacket over it, so the front of my entire chest would be visible but Id have more coverage than say, a bikini top, how would that be? For instance, if I were doing a crossplay Edward Elric? Just trying to make sure I know exactly whats allowed so I dont waste my time on a cosplay I cant wear. ^^
