True country FM will now be a full time automated radio station. With the problems I have been having with my bipolar disorder and added stress, my doctor has advised me to pursue applying for full social security disability. It is with deep regret to inform my listeners and friends of this. My friends in broadcasting past as well as present can attest to the added daily stress of getting and keeping a gig in this automated world that we live in. A radio personality has become almost nonexistent sadly and after being on the air for 30 years and on internet radio for almost 2 years, making a living at it is near to impossible. If anyone disagrees with this, I welcome you to give it a shot. I will be putting True Country FM on the market for sale. The station, equipment and all will be up for grabs for a total of $5000. I regret having to do this but the bills pile up with not enough revenue to keep it a float. I personally am not a sales person. I am just a DJ that has put his heart and soul into something for as long as he possibly could. I believe internet radio will kick ass one day soon. With a good self motivator, I believe a living can be made with internet radio. Like I said, I am just a DJ and not a sales person.
