Im going to get my car detailed and then I will work on quitting smoking, the reason......the smoke left over on my car seats an upholstery and my clothes and breath can and will cause my son to have ear infections along with sinus problems and much more, I am choosing to quit for his sake and for my own health. Ive never wanted to really quit before because I didnt have a good enough reason but now I most definatly do. This will be VERY hard for me but Im gonna do it. Any one know of any support groups or good meditation videos to helpe with this goal please let me know
