Im gonna get up on my soap box for a minute. Children are NOT accessories. A child is not a purse, a new pair of shoes, or a shiny watch. You cant take them out and put them away as you please. They are not there to get YOU more attention. They are a person that you created that you have a RESPONSIBILITY to. For gods sake, if you cant take care of that child, you either need to find a way to or give them to someone who can. Or ask for HELP. That doesnt mean put them on someone else. Take them to the doctor (especially when there may be something physically or mentally wrong, not just when they need a checkup), give them a bath, and give them attention, when theyre happy AND when they are upset. Sheesh.
