Im gonna lay it all out there for yall: the place is for sale and has been for a while. I had it listed with a broker, but, for whatever reason, she couldnt find the right buyer. As you can imagine this isnt like selling just a house; its really a horse facility with a house on it. Therefore, I would love for yall to help me find that right buyer who will love this place as much as I (Jarrod) do. Please share this where you think people will appreciate it: TexasHorseFacility. Im not on those forums or Facebook pages that people recommend and dont even know where to start, so, if you can share it with the North Texas Hunter Jumper Association and all of the other related groups, that would be super. I know Alissa, Susana, and Kelly would like to stay here, but, frankly, if we dont find a suitable buyer by the end of the month, theyre going to move out, which I totally support and understand. I feel like Ive failed them and the horses under my care, but I dont know what else to do here. Make no mistake: Im not desperate and/or will to take the first offer that comes along. I know what the house is worth separate from the barn. If the property was divided, I could have sold each to a different buyer back in April before I even listed it with a broker, which is one of the reasons Im currently exploring that option.
