Im happy. And you know, that I can be unhappy. That life can be amazing in one moment and throw you to the ground in the next. That you can be happy and sad all at the same time, and flow from one place in your heart to another in moments and back again. That is certainly what is true in my heart these days. But in this moment, I am happy and excited. Totally delighted over the women showing up (so many in their first explorations), reunions with some delicious Back To The Body: Sensual Retreats For Women graduates, Three workshops in one week (PA and NYC), AND AND I am getting so excited for my workshops and MY OWN Pleasure Plan in Seattle. My toes are tingling. AWESOME. Who wants to sign up to live a small life? Not me. And besides band aids can be a fashion statement right? Hips are swaying. #ArousalTurnedOn
