Guest- says his name Me- okay I just need a credit card and Id just to verify.. Guest- hands over his things. Me- I send his card through for authorization and it declines. Me- sir your card declined Guest- hmm thats weird, try it again please. Me- I send it through again and it declines again. Me- You are the weakest link sir, GoodBye!! Guest starts busting up laughing and i feel like a jack ass. Thank goodness he laughed and that I could get his card to work because that could have went completely sour. #thinkbeforeyouspeakjenny
