Im in the middle of making a big batch of veggie sausage rolls and I realise Ive run out of my pastry. I normally buy a beautiful preservative free one from the health food shop. Ive just run down to my local shop and they were sold out but had all the normal ones. Its absolutely disgraceful when companies mislead with their labels. This pastry clearly states on the front no artificial colours & flavours but then sticks in preservative 202. I assume the easy to handle claim does not relate to your childrens behaviour after feeding them 202!! Preservative 202 is petroleum derived and causes skin irritation, sinus issues, stomach upset, hyperactivity, headaches, asthma & wait for it - its prohibited in food for infants!!! Look out for 202 in dozens of products but especially dried fruit, anything sweet with pastry and sunscreen. Get this chemical crap out of our food!! If you are fed up with chemicals in your food too please SHARE & lets avoid buying from this company or any that think its okay to sneak 202 into our food. Its not okay!!!
