Im in the midst of total praise this morning. Figured Id share my testimony to help the next person. I have been battling with this pregnancy where I had to have both my regular OB and high Risk specialist. My Doctor is a woman of God, from day one when she noticed an issue with the pregnancy she said we are going to claim this as a normal pregnancy. For the last two months I was monitored weekly and have had four ultrasounds. Friday was going to be a point where I would have to go on the hospital for four months to give Trent a chance to make it here with very little complications. My body had already started the dilating process at 12 weeks. On July 21, 2000 I lost my first child due to the same complications. He was cremated and only my Mother Phyllis Hill and my Sister Dee GoldieBaby Hill attended a small memorial service with me for him. I learned a lot watching my Mothers strength and faith in God. I had moments for the last month where I would cry to myself cause the human part of me began to feel defeated, I didnt want to live through another premie birth that ended in death. But my prayer team especially my best friend Chemequa Joy Benson kept me focused and prayed up. I went for my visit Friday expecting to be admitted and the issue causing preterm labor had moved, not only did that happen but the portion of dilating I had experienced had reversed making this a normal pregnancy. The issues surrounded around my sons growth were out the window as he is at a whooping 2 pounds with four months to go. God doesnt work on our time he works on his own but the outcome is Indescribable!
