Im jogging behind a building on Collins Ave called St. Regis where the condos range from $23,500-$50,000 per MONTH and the pool area is PACKED. Why is it that I go to a middle class neighborhood and everyone is busy at work yet the St. Regis is PACKED with multi-millionaires enjoying their time freedom? Its not because theyre better than the middle class. They just have something that the middle class does NOT. They have the SECRET to wealth = LEVERAGE
