Im literally burnt to a crisp, got the sunburn marks to prove it but it was all worth it because our Leone Whites Rugby Team went undefeated at the Taptimu Tag/Touch Rugby tournament to win the cup!!! We challenged the youth players from Taputimu, Vailoa, Laulaii, Amaluia, and the Oldies composed of veteran Rugby players playing for Kananafou. For our first tournament there were lots of mistakes but we were quick to make up and get the wins. I think only one team scored a single point against us in all 5 games we played. Thats progress right there! I was able to make it to the American Samoa Wrestling Association Celebration after the games in time to catch the association president Ethan Lake giving thanks to everyone and the athletes themselves for a job well done on earning 106 medals from the Youth Olympics and Oceania Championships for both male and female divisions. We definitely rocked the mat and did it with the support of the parents, fans, businesses, and government agencies that helped out!!! Im proud of all the progress everyones made. Now its time to unwind. Got great news on where Ill be DJn next so yall definitely want to keep posted on my feed for that info because if all plays out right its gonna go down BIG during Rugby week!!! Lets Party Like A RockStar out there ha ha ha! (Watch out for that pinkeye though smh... but yeah) Lets do this!!!
