Im looking into switching ISPs. Where I live there are no wires, only Satellite connections. This new provider is 30 per month cheaper, overall, and offers 10 Mbps. I dont think thats reality. Especially via Satellite. I currently have 2 Mbps down and 1.7 Mbps up. Ive checked it here: bandwidthplace/ Silly enough, Ive done 5 solid seasons of internet radio, and yes, the lag sometimes glitches audio, but its feasible at that speed. The upgrade would change the lag, for sure.... What Id YOU GUYS to do is test your own connection, and report the down and up speeds here. I want to get an average from everyone. All I want is the down and up speeds you have, from the default server. Many thanks!
