Im making up my mind on purchasing this property, 10200 Ridgeview Dr. on the edge of Grass Valley. Its within a mile of downtown on two deadend roads with 2.4 acres covered in large oaks, maples, cedars and pines. It has several mature fruit trees: apple, pear, plum and apricot. The house is on the very corner of it built in 1940 and needs a complete renovation inside, but fortunately the exterior siding and roof are new along with new electric and septic system. I would build a new workshop on it for myself and rent the rooms in the house out to community. I have till Wed. to cancel my offer that has been accepted on it and although everything points to going ahead, I still have some reservations.
