Chris Rock did a clever bit about when white people can say the N-Word even with an ah instead of an er at the end. I actually disagree with Chris Rock. He identified an incredibly odd circumstance where he thought it was appropriate. And, I think it was still inappropriate in the situation he described. My feeling is: If you are quoting or singing along with hip-hop, then its OK (even then, sometimes not). Other than that: No.
