Im not going to be vague. My goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, and be active again. I need to get my knee repaired (Probably my broken hand too) but I shouldnt have let it go to this. My hours made it tougher, but now I have a new position and better time off. I dont want to go before my time. I dont want to WATCH my kids play when I could play with them. Ive played tag on a playground with them, Ive coached them, Ive played sports with them, wii, kinect, wrestled. Im not going to be a spectator. I want to be the old man thats retired but plays in a Rec league and holds his own. With the difficult time Ive had since yesterday, Ive still done well on my eating and have tracked everything... Even when I ate something I shouldnt have, I didnt overdo it. Portion is a big part. I havent worked out since Sunday. I will tomorrow and Ill post about it here to make sure I get it done. No excuses. Ive gotta be a great grandfather.
