Im not very happy with Apple Computer, and Im 100 percent convinced they are doing significant surveillance on their customers. My 15-inch MacBook Pro worked perfectly for three years, then suddenly the battery was junk and it started running hot and kicking on the fan all the time - right about the same time Apple rolled out Mac OS Maverick, claiming that it solved problems with battery life and overheating. I contend that Apple remotely created those problems in my computer, because once I installed Maverick - and allowed Apple to review my entire music and photo library before it would allow me to upgrade iPhoto and iTunes - the recent problems that I never had before Apple recommended upgrading to Maverick suddenly vanished. Plus, serval programs, including my PhotoShop and HP printer/scanner, no longer work. Fail.
