Im on hold with the PPS (Practitioner Priority Service). Wait time on this Friday late afternoon....about an hour. I was hoping it would be less. Im making it count, though. I have 3 files Im going to deal with in one fell swoop. Two of them, no POA on file...but hopefully, not required. The other, I do have POA on file.
