Im one who seldom posts status updates but today Im sharing a heartfelt disappoinment. Today I have taken my grandmother to get her hair fixed & also a mani/pedi. I am truly f#%&ing disgusted on how she had been treated!! The younger people get bare hands on their mani/pedi but they triple glove on my grandmother & didnt even allow her to pick out her nail color. When they had a question, they would ask me, not her. Just because she is elderly doesnt mean she cant talk or communicate if you pay attention! Today she was treated like a mannequin, not a human being. If you provide a public service, especially a pampering service, then I suggest you make your customers feel pampered! So instead of being banned from places, cursing and swinging fists(gulity) I have learned there are other ways to get your point across, thanks to the love of my life, Joshua Micheal Carsner. Thank you for teaching me serenity(still working on it). But being my grandmother was discounted, I will make sure she gets discounts for the rest of her life from these 2 places. I am allowing my grandmother to be pampered because she is attending her grandsons funeral this Sunday. Rest in peace Brett Monster, you truly are an inspiration to sooooo many people including myself. You can now drive anywhere you want to go. And while your driving, give a yell...OMG!
