Im only 50 pages into the book Nickel and Dimed, and Im ready to burn the entire abstract concept of a service industry to the ground. Ive always known that America needed a corporate culture overhaul, and how it sucks to be on the ass-end of the economic scale, but when I learn things like how something like bathroom breaks were not mandatory until 1998, it just sets me to a whole new level of rage, that weve been this backward for this long - and still are!
