Im overwhelmed by the support Andrew James Hill and I have received on FB and otherwise. This continues to be a long day. The surgeon has declared Andys six hour surgery a success thus far. The recovery process will include getting his pain under control and praying that the new bladder starts to function (which at this point is still uncertain). He is currently still in the recovery room waiting for a bed in the hospital but we are assured that he will be moved soon. A special shout-out to my BFF, Bonnie Miranda, who got up at 2:50am to drive down from NYC and meet me at the hospital at 7:00 this morning and has stayed with me ALLLL day. I love you even more and I didnt think that was possible!
