Im so excited about this workout - PiYo with Chalene Johnson. PiYo is a fat burning, low impact workout designed for those of us that done have the patience for hours of holding poses (at least it feels like hours!! LOL!) and who dont feel like theyve got their workout in unless their heart is pounding and sweat is pouring. Im a runner, and a cardio junkie, and Im 46 - and my body is feeling every pound, jump, and crazy impact move Ive ever done. I have knee pain, and piriformis strain on both sides. My hamstrings and hip flexors are tight. The problem is years of not properly stretching and working on those critical parts of a good exercise routine that repair your body. I want to continue working out and bring fit into my 50s and 60s and beyond!! Ok now Im gonna go do some PiYo DRENCH PS all the PiYo moves have a wonderful modifier who clearly shows all the modifications - these are NOT the modified moves.
