Im so sick of the ignorance going around. People who believe pseudoscience & share things on fb that have no basis in science baffle me. Do people not demand evidence before believing things? Everyone should have the flu shot unless there is a real medical reason to not. If you are immuno compromised or at risk for serious complications from the flu, you need the shot. It does not weaken the immune system. If youre getting your facts from Dr. Mercola, Dr. Tenpenny, natural news, etc... I strongly suggest you find actual peer reviewed studies and information! November 1 was the deadline for people who planned on being around Gwen to have their flu shots. It you chose not to get one, no problem. You just wont be coming around Gwen. Not now...
