Im sorry, this is just sad... Tolerance is becoming like common sense the more humanity matures... If a Christmas tree or anything from any religious holiday makes you uncomfortable, then youre faith is weak or a fraud to begin with. True faith wouldnt be shaken so easily. If siblings in mid life find out that they arent blood, will they suddenly lose their bond? If so, there was flawed reasoning before then. Id take the mild queasy feel a decorated tree gave me, over staying in a fanatic land at war or similarly awful. You dont move to a swamp and expect it to be bone dry; you adapt to it as well as the new life it introduces (like looking in your shoes before putting them on (creepy crawlies) and appreciate the freedoms its also allows. Getting angry isnt going to help, just be genuine. Those who find fault will just have to deal or self sabotage their own joie de vivre. There is a limit to compromise, especially if not honored if the situation were reversed. Say Christmas, but keep it real and without an edge ;)
