Im sure most of you have seen the petition flooding FB to boycott the heart foundation. I am 100% behind this. If youre wondering why, check out this video, or feel free to message me and ask any questions. (Its ok, there was once a time I would choose products with the heart foundation tick because I thought I was making a healthier choice). How often do you hear of people dropping dead and everyone says they are so healthy and exercised regularly. The problem...they ate healthy in terms of what doctors and other medical associations tell us is healthy. My crazy health journey over the last couple of years has led me to a very different belief of what healthy is. I hope that we can all help each other on out journeys to longer healthier happier lives. Over the next few days I am going to try and throw out bits of info I have learned.
