Im trying to get a clear understanding on this one...... I was placed on probation at work today, I guess it was deserved because it is their rule. I have called in or put in PTO (its an occurrence if the request is less than 30 days) too much. Since they decided to place me on probation I am no longer eligible for the next 2 quarter bonuses. Now let me explain overall how bonus work. the department has to keep a 95% or above as a whole on their audits in order for the group to receive the bonus. Now.....my only concern is, what incentive do I now have to put in my effort to keep the team at 95% or above if Im not eligible to receive a piece of the pie?????? Morale has dropped!!!!!! Not sure what that says about me, but I can only be honest. Im not going to put in 100% when I know upfront I wont receive what I know everyone else will get. IJS......
