Imagine youre a young scientist doing gene research. Suddenly, by accident, you come across a way to give yourself pretty much any physical or intellectual or emotional characteristic you might want? Blue eyes, no problem? Taller? Sure thing? A vastly superior intellect? Easy as pie. What would you do with this discovery? Would you give it to the world free of charge, use it to become extremely wealthy and dole out the treatment to only the super-rich, or would you hide it from the rest of the world and use it on yourself only to become a super man or woman? How about using it in secret to wipe out greed, gluttony, pride and other vices from humanity? How about using it to wipe out the tendency towards religious belief? What would you do?
