Important Course Access Info for Saturdays race in Moscow!! The University forgot to consult with me while planning Homecoming, so theyre having the parade on Saturday during our race. This will make getting to the course a bit difficult if youre coming from the north on 95 (e.g., from CdA). The parade is at 10, and road closures will start a few hours before that. Not sure when theyll open again, but probably by noon. The city says that D Street will be open (the first stop light entering town). While you might be able to bypass the parade on the west, using the normal route through town, itll probably be smoother (if farther) to turn left/east on D Street and go all the way to Mountain View. Then go south to the highway or across it to East Palouse River Drive. Coming from Pullman, youll probably want to turn right on Perimeter (the second stoplight by the Best Western) and drive up around the Kibbie Dome by the golf course.
