I realize many of you have been waiting for a response, and I apologize about that. Moving forward, you can contact Vape3D in any of the following ways and expect a response within 1 day. 1) Send an email to support@vape3d 2) Send a message to the Vape3D Facebook page. 3) Use the contact us on the vape3d website. Be sure to include your order number when sending a message. Please do not post to the page directly, comment on posts, or message me personally for support requests, as that will not get tracked and can get lost with the number of inquiries. You guys are always welcome to message me, but Facebook is terrible at managing personal account messages and things can and do get buried. I sincerely apologize for delays and less than stellar response times. With this new system in place, the change will be instant and a lot easier than trying to manage all the different contact channels. Thank you all for understanding and helping us through these growing pains. I truly appreciate everything you guys have done for Vape3D as I hope you guys appreciate the products I bring to you. -Jason
