In 1 Samuel 2:30 the Lord says Those who honor me I will honor, but those who despise me will be disdained, very powerful words. A truly powerful and enlightening message yesterday on Honouring and Despising. We have to be very mindful that we do not despise the blessings of the Lord and His word, everything we say, do and think has to be honourable before Him. There are many examples in the Bible of people despising and as a result their destinies were aborted (2 Samuel 6:16-23, 2 Samuel 12:9-14 and Numbers 14:26-35).
