In 2010 my Bubba was playing quarterback for his rec football team. I got up and went to the concession stand only to hear the crowd erupt in cheer. As if it were in slow motion I turn to see my Bubba running down the field. I began to scream and do my usual backflips and cartwheels and fell. All I heard was snap crackle and pop. I broke my ankle. Fast forward to last night. I was leaving Dips banquet I was not paying attention and walked off the curb and fell and again snap crackle and pop. My ankle is throbbing and its swollen and all my toes are the same size. I have to go to the orthopedic dr today. Since its the same foot that I have re-injured . I dread the awful plastic boot for 6 weeks but this pain is unbearable. The worse part is...... I went to urgent care last night and was told your leg/ankle is cracked in more than one place there isnt much we can do. I was sent home with Tylenol with codeine. Huh! So hopefully today Ill get a new leg.,,
